I feel like I haven’t had much to say, lately, which is why I haven’t posted anything for a few days. I’ve even been a little quieter than usual on Twitter, which is nothing short of a miracle.
I’m just writing. It is of course keeping me employed and busy, and I am grateful for that.
I’ve been talking with a new friend, on and off, about the possibility of collaborating on something. I don’t have the time to focus on that fully, which makes me sad – but the possibilities are exciting. There will be time enough for those thing later this year, I suppose. I also have a half-finished novel (the adult UF/PR) still waiting for me to show it some love. My poor characters! I left them in the most awful predicament… All these months they have waited patiently for me to untangle them (which sounds… interesting. ;))
Oh! Here’s something. Did you see the gorgeous Italian cover for The Iron Witch? I put it on Twitter and on my Facebook page last week, and then realised that I’d neglected this blog:
Thank you to Newton Compton for making my first book look so mysterious and magical! (I think it will be published mid-March, so not long to go.)
In the meantime, don’t forget to enter my giveaway for Faith Erin Hicks’ Friends With Boys.
Also, you should read this wonderful post by Justine Musk: The Art of Being Fearless.
